A message from LinkedIn’s General Counsel:
As we grow rapidly around the world, it’s critical that we sustain and strengthen this culture. One way we do this is to have “open, honest and constructive” discussions with one another. All of us should feel empowered to raise questions or concerns and speak up when we feel that LinkedIn is falling short of the high ethical standards that we set for ourselves.
While it’s encouraged to have these conversations directly with your peers, managers and leaders, we recognize that sometimes it’s difficult to do. That’s why we’ve created the Integrity Helpline hosted by Convercent, a third-party solution provider. This tool allows you to submit reports via phone or web form in multiple languages.
We want speaking up to be worry-free. To make this happen, we’ve established a firm non-retaliation policy which means that anyone who raises a concern in good faith is protected. And while we strive to maintain confidentiality wherever possible, we recognize that there may be times where you choose to remain anonymous. The Integrity Helpline allows you to submit reports anonymously. The option is yours. What’s most important to us is that you feel comfortable in speaking up. I encourage you to learn more by reading our Speak-Up Policy or our Standards of Business Conduct.
On behalf of LinkedIn, I want to thank you for living our cultures and values and ensuring LinkedIn always does the right thing.
Yours sincerely,
Blake Lawit
